Allen is a partner at Berkshire Direct. He purchased Berkshire Direct from the Storey family in April 2010 after joining Berkshire Direct in late 2009. Prior to Berkshire Direct, Allen spent 4+ years as the Marketing Director of Redstone Properties, Inc. and 18+ years in sales, sales management, marketing, and operations with Praxair, Inc. Allen is an alum of UMASS (’91 – BS Mechanical Engineering) and the University of Minnesota (’99 – MBA). He is the President of Williamstown Cal Ripken Baseball and is on the board of directors of Williamstown Youth Basketball, Willinet, and the Williamstown Chamber of Commerce. Allen coaches baseball, football, and basketball, and is a member of Taconic Golf Club. He lives in Williamstown with his wife Jane and their two sons.

Michelle Thaisz

Michelle has been focused on our advertising, direct mail and retail clients since 2002. She came to us from MindBranch where she specialized in market research for financial companies. A former owner and founder of a gourmet food business called Sloan Tavern, Michelle is customer-savvy, friendly in her approach, and persistent in her drive. She lives in Williamstown in a passive solar house that she and her husband Mark built with their two sons.
